The Founder of Night Owl Network 
Carolyn Schur founded Night Owl Network after the publication of her book, Birds of a Different Feather, in 1994. ”Before I did the research for the book, I always felt that I was the only one who had this ‘problem.’ Once I realized there were many night owls out there, all experiencing what I had experienced, I wanted them to know that they were not alone and that they could be successful in an early bird world.”
Over the years, night owls from all over the world have found the website and joined Night Owl Network. Most frequently, they are overjoyed at having found a community of people who share their trials and tribulations. Carolyn says “It is most satisfying to see these people empowered to live without guilt.”
Carolyn continues to promote awareness of the workplace and relationship issues related to night owl behavior.
